2019 has just ended, it’s time to make the summary of the year! We have prepared a Best-Of our activities based on your feedback on TripAdvisor. Hiking, camel riding, quad biking…? Which of our activities did you like the most in 2019?

It is one of our STAR activities, the day or half day of quad biking in Agafay desert was praised this year by all of our customers! Imagine a lunar landscape, mud dunes as far as the eye can see, a breathtaking view of the snow-capped Atlas mountains, color variations like in an impressionist canvas, in which you can have fun on board our ultra powerful quads! Thrill seekers, this is the activity that we absolutely recommend during your stay in Marrakech!

5- Stand-Up Paddle (in a secret place!)

Stand-Up Paddle is an increasingly popular activity all around the world (if you don’t know what it is, go here to find out more). What is the difference between Dunes & Désert and other agencies? A perfect knowledge of Morocco and therefore an exceptional place to paddle, surrounded by nature and without any other tourist around!

4- Real Medina Tour With A Master

A very basic activity, but that you love for sure: a walking tour of the medina with a “master” guide. You will discover the medina as you have never seen it, you will get lost in the small streets where you would never have walked alone, will meet craftsmen and visit places that are at the heart of the locals’ life. This is the best way to dive into the heart of Moroccan culture!

3- Day walk in the Atlas mountains: Pure Atlas hike

The “Pure Atlas” is your favorite hike in 2019! And for a good reason: meeting Saïda and her family really pleased you all. A walk in the mountains, an authentic encounter with the Berber culture and a traditional lunch based on products from the garden, this is real Morocco, right?

Once again, this year you loved buggy riding in Agafay desert and Jbilets Desert. And for sure we understand you: crisscrossing tracks going up and down aboard our ultra powerful machines in a lunar landscape, in full security, it’s just AMAZING! All adrenaline lovers loved it!

“Our guide Kazowee took my girlfriend and I on one of the most fun experiences we’ve had while taking a dune buggy through the low Atlas Mountains outside of Marrakech. Kazowee was great, taught us a bunch of cool stuff along the way, brought us to a Berber village for tea and pancakes, and was a fantastic guide. I highly recommend this for trips to Marrakech.”

End of the suspense… The activity tyou liked the most this year is the quad + camel COMBO! Many of you do not want to choose between two activities and choose the combo: 2 activities in the same day! And yes, why deprive yourself when you can have fun on quad tracks in a stone desert in the morning and admire the snow-capped Atlas mountains in the background from the back of a camel in the afternoon? The little extra: the tagine break for lunch, which is always a great success 😉
